Second World War in Vienna
Description
Together we explore the darkest chapter of Austrian history. What would the world look like today if young Adolf Hitler had been able to realize his dream of studying art and becoming an artist? If he had been accepted to study art in Vienna back then and not rejected twice, our world order would probably be different today.
I will show you the most important stages of the young Adolf Hitler's life in Vienna, explain the rise to power of the Nazis, illustrate how the Second World War raged in Vienna and what traces of it are still visible today. I also share some of my family history with you, which makes the story even more tangible.
